BREAKFAST
Mountain City Club offers a full range of traditional selections at breakfast from egg's or omelets to order,
seasonal fruits, waffles and pancakes. In addition we have the best buttermilk biscuits in town.
LUNCH
Southern vegetables are the cornerstones of the lunch menu. Turnip greens, mashed potatoes, pinto beans are
frequently on the menu accompanied by vegetable casseroles and a wide selection of side salads. Sandwiches are prepared to order. The daily specials could be anything from shad roe to flounder, lamb chops to
lasagna. The specials are not only of a wide variety but also of highest quality and are served with great speed.
DINNER
Mr. Scales and his staff prepare everything from grilled salmon to elk tenderloin, harvard beets to
fingerling potatoes. Dinner menus change monthly to reflect market availability. The focus of plate presentation is elegance combined with simplicity.
BANQUETS
